Event Planner
As your full-service event planner we will handle every aspect for you, from start to finish. 
​
Our tasks include but are not limited to:

• Up to 12 months of event planning services (More time can be discussed).
• RSVP & Website Hosting (If you desire this option).
• The overall design and vision of the event, keeping the client within their budgets.
• Contract negotiations including the hiring of vendors and suppliers.
• Execution of the event vision on the day of the event.
• Supply event planning timelines.
• Design of Floor Plans and Seating Charts.
• Create the event itinerary with the full input of the client.
• Schedule and Attend Venue Tours and negotiate contracts.
• Attend and contact planning Meetings with the client and vendors.
• Attend Tasting meetings and assist with menu selections (if you desire this option).​
• Arrange out of town guest accommodation and transportation. 
• Full and unlimited communication with the client, designated contacts and vendors/suppliers. 

Day of Event Coordinator
A Day of Event Coordinator handles everything for the client, from start to finish on the day of the event  only.  

​Our tasks include, but are not limited to:​

• Supply planning timelines.
• Day of Event coordination onsite.
• Direct the set up of vendors and suppliers for the event.
• Execute and manage the timing of events throughout the day.
• Handle all of the timeline cues. 
• Make sure programs, favors and other items are placed and professional.
• Take care of vendor payments and gratuities for the client.
• Facilitate loading of personal belongings for the client.
• Return rental items the following day (if you desire this option).
